Q: What is the difference in a PIP Estimate and a PIP Analysis?
A: A PIP Estimate is a service offered at no charge and has a 20% margin for error due to a lack of property plans and/or site visit for exact measurements. This process would take 2-3 business days and require the following to complete:
• The PIP
• Room count
• Average room size
• Photos [if possible]
A PIP Analysis is a fee based service with the fee being determined by the size and scope of the project and it will provide the owner with a detailed, itemized breakdown of all costs. This process would take 10-15 business days and require the following:
• The PIP
• Plans for the property
• Either a site visit or photos taken by the Franchisor per the PIP
