Qualifying Conditions

1. Qualifying beds are Sealy® “Collection 7 Plush”

2. Qualifying projects for any of the Plans must constitute a full renovation (replacement of FF&E, hard goods and soft goods in guest rooms). Scope qualification is negotiable. Contact our Sales team to review your particular project.

3. FREE Bed offer can be applied in one of three ways:
   • One King size bed per room
   • $400 credit toward alternate size OR brand specification mattress
   • $400 credit toward total FF&E package, if your mattresses are new

4. Design contract from any Plan must include one of the following:
   • Custom design of all guest rooms
   • Design selection from Apollo’s pre-designed inventory of guest rooms

5. Selection of an Apollo pre-designed guest room will include up to 2 revisions of the design and require completion within 6 months. Additional revisions available for a fee.

6. Free Lobby Design will include up to 2 revisions and require completion within 6 months. Additional revisions available for a fee.

7. Free Lobby design scope does not include expansion of existing lobby space, registration area, business center or gift shop.

8. Owner is responsible for all franchise compliance waivers, including requests.

9. All Design contracts include 3 Color Boards of each area. Additional Color Boards available for a fee of $250 each.

10. All contract and deposit terms must be met no later than December 31st, 2009.

11. Limited Plans are available.
